The Construction Report newsletter is published periodically as time permits and significant matters arise.  The Editor, Brian W.
Erikson, has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.  He practiced engineering and obtained professional engineering registration from the State of Louisiana.  Mr. Erikson obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.  In 1983, Mr. Erikson graduated from the Loyola University School of Law, and began practicing construction and surety law.  Mr. Erikson focuses his practice on the construction and surety industries.  He is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.  He lectures widely on a variety of topics.  He has been the Chairman of the Dallas Bar Association Construction Section.
